Terms and Conditions

Booking is secured by payment of 50% deposit and confirmed by us via email or post.
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card or cheque.
Please note payment by cheque is subject to confirmation of booking being delayed until cheque has been cleared.
Cancellation Policy:
i.   More than 14 days notice – a full refund of deposit less £25 administration charge.
ii.  14 days to 48 hours notice – charged at 50% of total stay.
iii.  Less than 48 hours notice – charged at 100% of total stay.
Curtailment of a reservation is regarded as a cancellation.
It is recommended that travel insurance is purchased.
Check in is normally from 4pm, checkout is 10.30am.
We regret no pets
The Barn at Roundhurst is a no smoking establishment. Contravention will result in guests being asked to leave and a full charge being made.
In the event of a room being unavailable through events arising beyond our control, a full refund will be given.
Items damage or removed will be charged.
