On Friday 4 October saw the arrival of tired, frazzled guests for our yoga weekend…and on Sunday afternoon, after a weekend of yoga and relaxation, we saw the departure of rested, serene guests who had become friends.
Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike enjoyed 48 hours of yoga instruction, meditation, massage therapy and beautiful walking interspersed with amazing vegetarian food, a few bottles of wine and lots of laughing.
This event has become very popular with some of our regular guests returning for a third time.
